My name is Cheryl and I have spent the last ten years or so learning and offering various complementary therapies. It has indeed become a way of life for me and I am constantly striving to maintain a high quality of service and a professional and confidential environment.

I am a member of FHT, MICHT AND ATLM and am a qualified Teacher, Assessor and Internal Verifier. I have a Diploma in Management and am a member of NAPCH.

I offer a wide range of therapies and am fully qualified in all that I deliver. I have a vast amount of experience ranging from office environments to hen parties, individual and groups and have practiced both here and abroad. I also teach many of the therapies to groups and on individual request as a personal development. Tailor made packages are available to help you in your own career as well as corporate packages.
